Hey! I'm signing my apartment in Hamburg, in the beautiful neighborhood of Othmarschen, while I'm away this summer. I am looking for someone kind and responsible to enjoy the space from July 1th to September 30th. The apartment is 75 m2, furnished and has: - One bedroom, living room and dining room - Two separate work rooms - Two bathrooms - A spacious balcony with lots of greenery - Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and all the essentials Perfect for one person or a couple. Pets are welcome! The rent is €1450/month cold, plus €200/month for utilities (electricity, heating, internet, water).
