You will be living in a newly renovated apartment in an 18th century building, in a pleasant, green, family-oriented neighbourhood in the centre of Berlin. The building is located in a quiet courtyard right next to a park, and your apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator) with a view of the neighbour’s garden downstairs and a diagonal view of the park. You will receive a warm welcome into this Berliner charm with real wooden floors, 3-metre high walls and big double-glazed windows that let in northern light and filter out noise. The apartment is the guest-room of a bigger apartment. It is entirely self-contained, with its own entrance and a newly renovated shower. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, a dining table with upholstered chairs and a fitted kitchenette with cooking utensils and crockery, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, a small fridge/freezer and a mobile electric oven and cooker. In the side room leading to the shower/WC, there is a comfortable 90 x 200cm upholstered springbed and ample space for your clothing. Other amenities include a work desk, a bluetooth speaker, an iron & ironing board and unlimited access to a washing machine to be shared with one other person. You will have access to fast, stable Wi-Fi during your entire stay.

This apartment is suitable for one person. It is a non-smoking, pet-free apartment. Parties are not allowed. No noise or loud music after 9pm. It is illegal to download torrents in Germany, law breakers are traced and heavily fined.
